TIMETABLE OF RETURNS – 2009

26 JULY * Send any proposals for changes to the Championship Rules
to the Secretary to arrive by 1 August.
26 AUGUST Send entries for 2010 season to Secretary to arrive by
1 September. Please note that a proforma for this purpose will be
issued during the season.
6 OCTOBER Send a delegate to the Annual General Meeting at Ransomes
Sports & Social Club, Ipswich (7.30 start). Ensure that a reserve
delegate is available.
15 OCTOBER Send Fixture Secretary or substitute to the Fixture Meeting
at Copdock & Old Ipswichian C.C., London Road, Copdock (7.30
start) If you are entering a team in Division "C". Ensure
that a reserve Officer is available. All other fixtures will be
emailed as soon as they are available.
IMPORTANT
THE DATES FOR RETURNS ETC. ARE THE LATEST BY WHICH THE RETURNS SHOULD
BE MADE. IN MANY INSTANCES, IT WOULD GREATLY ASSIST YOUR LEAGUE
OFFICERS IF THESE RETURNS COULD BE SUBMITTED WELL BEFORE THE DEADLINE.
EXCEPT FOR THOSE "RETURNS" MARKED (*), CLUBS THAT FAIL
TO MEET THE SPECIFIED DEADLINE WILL TREATED AS HAVING FAILED TO
MEET THE STANDARD SET FOR ADMINISTRATION AND MAY BE PENALISED AT
THE END OF THE SEASON.
